01 · The wrap
It's a leaf.
That's the
whole point.
Paper has to be made. Pulped, pressed, usually bleached, and then it needs a gum strip to hold itself shut. Every one of those steps puts something between you and what you're actually smoking.
A King Palm is one hand-picked Cordia leaf. It seals itself, so there's no glue and no chalk, and no tobacco goes anywhere near it. What people tend to notice first isn't the leaf at all — it's that they can taste their own flower.
It burns slower than paper because it's denser. Not identically, mind you. It's a leaf, so the burn shifts a little from roll to roll, and that's the trade for not making it in a factory.
02 · The infusion
Solventless
means solventless.
It's a word that gets used loosely, so here is exactly what it means on this pouch. The concentrate inside these pre-rolls is separated from the plant using ice water, agitation, heat and pressure. No butane, no propane, no ethanol. Nothing is introduced that has to be purged back out afterwards.
Here's the part nobody puts on a pouch: this is the expensive way to do it. Washing and pressing returns far less from the same weight of flower than a hydrocarbon run does, and it takes longer. That cost is most of the reason infused pre-rolls usually aren't made like this. We think the trade is worth making. You'll form your own view.
What's in here
Mechanical separation
- Ice water and agitation knock the trichomes loose
- Heat and pressure press them into rosin
- Nothing added, so nothing to purge
- The plant's own aromatic compounds survive the process
The usual alternative
Solvent extraction
- Hydrocarbons strip the oil out chemically
- The solvent then has to be purged under vacuum
- Residual solvent is a thing labs test for
- Terpenes are often re-added afterwards to compensate
Wash
Fresh-frozen flower goes into ice water. Agitation breaks the resin heads off the plant without touching them chemically.
Press
The collected resin is dried, then pressed under controlled heat until it runs as rosin.
Infuse
The rosin goes into the flower before rolling, so the concentrate is through the blunt rather than painted on the outside.
Roll
Hand-rolled into the leaf and banded. The leaf seals against itself, so nothing holds it shut but the leaf.

Chem Dawg × Super Lemon Haze
Chem Dawg is the diesel one. Sharp, solvent-bright, faintly metallic — it is the smell an entire family of strains got named after, and it has never once apologised for itself. Super Lemon Haze comes over the top of it with citrus peel and a little incense. On paper the two shouldn't work. Somewhere between a garage and a lemon grove, they do.

Fire OG × Girl Scout Cookies
Pine, fuel, a peppery edge — Fire OG sits at the heavy end of the OG family. Girl Scout Cookies rounds it off with sweet earth and a bit of cocoa. Darkest of the three on the nose, and the pouch art doesn't pretend otherwise.

LA Kush Cake × Wedding Cake
Two cakes, and not the same cake. Vanilla and a sour tang from the Wedding Cake side, something sweeter and more floral from the LA Kush, and kush pepper underneath keeping the whole thing out of dessert.
